Dry Needling

Dry Needling (Intramuscular Stimulation) is a treatment that involves a series of small needles being placed into muscle, fascia, or muscular “knot”, sometimes referred to a Trigger Point, to release adhesions within the tissue or “knots” that may be reducing Range of Motion or causing pain in the affected area(s).

While the thoughts of several needles being placed in a muscle or group of muscles and associated tissue may seem painful, generally, most clients experience little, if any, discomfort.
